Not saying I expect it. Just that I think it's what we require to push on from where we are.

This is a bit of a dream season - United and Tottenham crumbling, Arsenal look like they may collapse as well. We can't expect the same going forward and need to improve ourselves massively to keep pace and push on.

If we don't this summer (and have made Europe) then I think it's proof we never will under current ownership.

Agree with this, Roberto has said he's saving his money for the summer and I'd like to believe him, if he doesn't splash a reasonable amount of cash on new players then it's a pretty good indication that we are completely broke and are never going to push on without a new owner.

This is a massive summer in terms of getting the right players in and taking the next step, I fear however that we'll all be fuming come the end of the summer transfer window when Bill has let him spend about £5m and loan a couple more players. I hope I'm wrong.

I was about to post something perfectly reasonable in response to the lad addressing me and you just swoop in and say pretty much what I was going to say. You do this all the time and I'm sick of it.

Fernando has signed new contract.

As he, I never knew?! I didn't think he had signed a new deal but apparently I heard if he did sign a new deal he'd still be available come the summer.

If Porto keep on struggling this season then they'll be a few of there players wanting out I'd imagine

Naa there's got to be some money in the kitty. We saved a lot of the money from sales last summer and in january, then they'll be another chunk of the tv money he'll get like he did last summer, so before sales and any form of Europe, we should have a decent amount of money to spend!
