Younes Belhanda recently acknowledged he made a mistake moving to the Ukraine from France and he wants out. He mentioned the Premier League, specifically Arsenal (standard for a French speaker), as his preferred destination.

Also, Dynamo Kyiv haven't paid Montpelier his full transfer fee so the latter have notified UEFA and the transfer could be reversed. Montpelier have said if that happens there is no chance he will stay with them, they will sell him.

He is the sort of midfielder we need alongside the main target of a centre forward, in my opinion.

I'm always a tad wary over French and Dutch players coming over the prem mate, been a huge amount of busts over the past 10 years especially so from those countries

True enough mate. That said, I saw him when he helped Montpelier win the league title and then in the Champions League the season after. He had me speechless at times.

Tadic would be the single biggest upgrade we could make over the current team mate, would sort out that left spot instantly meaning osman can go out the starting team finally

A front four consisting of Lukaku, Barkley, Miralles and Tadic would be frightening to play against

Watched a bit of Firmino since we were last linked with him, love that hes got a bit of steel about him, hes not like the other brazilians who drop like flys with a strong gust of wind, plus hes a silky player, liked the look of his teammate Volland too

Hasn't he got a buy out clause of just short of £7m?!

Plus he's an Arsenal fan and would like to join them next season.

By the sounds of what happened in the last window it isn't actually a buy out clause, but something stupid like they have to consider it, pretty much I think it's only in his contract as a bidding starting price. That's what I took from it anyway, not 100% sure.

Hadn't seen this to be honest, from the Moyes era though. I'm interested in seeing how he does at the WC though. went 6 in 13 in the AFC Champions League, and has 5 goals in 5 matches in the current K-league.

Why are people still genuinely suggesting Rodwell.. i don't understand it, the lad has no legs pretty much he never plays more than 20 games a season anymore [and that's lucky when he does] you guys moan about players being injured [traore, gibson, alcaraz] and then fervently suggest rodwell as an apt signing. We honsetly need to sign 3 starting players that's it
The rest needs to be either squad players for depth and rotation or youth players who can develop and push the starters atm

We need for certain a Starting striker and a starting left winger and a CM, Lukaku, Barry and Tadic would fit those roles perfectly. Barry should be a certain signing, Lukaku depends on if chelsea ask for a stupidly high amount (anything less than 22m we should be able to afford from transfer dealings this season alone) and Tadic it depends on how much interest we have - he's affordable and would definitely come if we bid.

So would need to have additional depth probably at centre forward, Centre mid, attacking mid, one winger, and a rb.
Browning maybe able to step up to provide cover at rb and cb. Any backup will be a massive step down on Coleman anyway so hard to get a suitable quality backup so may as well see if Browning is ready to step up. Micah Richard would be the ideal solution on loan if possible but unlikely to go anywhere as a backup player.

Centre Mid - Need a massive upgrade on Osman being a back up their, Rodwell too injury prone, Colback and cleverley not good enough possibly? a combination of Rodwell on loan and Cleverley or Colback for a cheap fee may provide the depth at an affordable price.

Winger - Delefeou if he can be brought back on loan otherwise someone else of similar impact and potential

Attacking Mid - Carlos Gil or some similar young creative player to give options for Barkley and allow his rotation without losing a cutting edge.

Striker - Someone from spain whose got a high potential on loan, Morata or the like on loan would be a ideal situation, similarly Hernandez as another option on loan
