Still quite like Alcaraz, Liverpool game apart he was good. Just a pity he cannot seem to stay fit - other than looking devastatingly handsome in all interviews.

He's only 5 foot 5, which is why he's already said he'd prefer spain to england

Wouldn't spend more than £3m on Rodwell
Wouldn't spend more than, at a push, £12m on Lukaku.

So I probably wouldn't get either if I were Everton manager. I trust Bobby to go over those prices if we do sign them

Agree on Rodwell, disagree on Lukaku.

Some times his general play can be shocking, like against Palace the other night. But a 1 in 2 record for a 20 year old is remarkable, he'll be ridiculously good in his prime. If we can get him for 20m he'd be well worth it.

Most id do on Lukaku would be like 20-23 mil plus add ons, dont forget we've already given them a couple of mil in loan fees.

Dortmund are not that rich. Besides, I've watched Ramos play, he's an excellent striker, if not a fashionable name in the market, but he will do very well at BVB.

Ramos is a free transfer and Ji is practically a nominal fee neither will replace lewandoski unless they show some serious form think there more just striker and wide forward cover really.

Ji is for free but Ramos cost them 11 million euros!

Get Lukaku for 20-25 million, he will only increase his value. There's no way we can get anyone better than him, so if he's willing to stay we must seize the initiative. Apart from him, I hope to be pleasantly surprised by a couple of astute signings by Roberto.

Like this guy: Stefan de Vrij, 22-year-old CB from PSV Eindhoven, 6"3', he's claimed to be the best defender talent of the Dutch (some say he's already their best centre half). He wouldn't cost too much either, he has one year remaining on his contract, we're said to be offering 6 million for him, would be a decent signing IMO, he's their captain at 22 and he's pretty decent in the attack as well, he's scored four times which is pretty sweet for a defender. We should get him instead of Rodwell. Or both.
