Rumours were strong that we were interested in him in the Jan transfer window and looks a player it has to be said, but doubt we will get him now unfortunately. He strikes me as the kind of player that would prefer to go somewhere with a better chance of regular first team football, but on a free we would get 'outbid' on wages and signing on fee. I would especially hate to see him go to the Barcodes like the Ba situation last year.

my general feelings on such matters are:
nobody out there is good enough for everton, then someone gets signed and i decide I always thought they were brill. Then I defend that thought regardless of how gash they turn out to be. Then they leave and I tell everyone how **** they were and that they should never have played for us anyway.
I dont plan on changing this approach so the names dont actually matter..........messi who???? cant be as good as Vic.
