I know you keep saying it will never happen, but I'm not sure how you can be so sure. Moyes loves Soucek. He's wanted to sign him since he became Everton manager again. West Ham just got relegated and will want to raise funds and get high earners off the books.
I'm not saying it's going to happen because I have no idea who we will sign. But in terms of rumours ot is definitely one of the more plausible ones.
