He was a poor signing at a time we didn't have money

We took a chance and it didn't work out so it's time to try and bring in some money for him.

The summer window disaster has been all about players wanting Europe eh? Did that come to a surprise to them then...because we all knew that we weren't in Europe from day one.

As an excuse it's pathetic.

Making poor excuses for a terrible recruitment team. We haven't played in Europe for about 8 years and that time didn't last long. Never stopped us signing players in all the windows since. Sick of the whole club.

I don't think i've ever heard the 'they all want to play in Europe' argument before this summer but people now just seem to to repeat it ad infinitum as if it's an obvious fact, it's quite weird.
