You make him sound like a young Richarlison.Garnacho is just a hood rat that is gifted at the game, albeit at an inconsistent level. Not the character we need around the place, not the risk we need to take.
Think the best bet for everybody is if Moyes is banned from signing strikers. Fella doesn't have a clue on that front. He's said he wants robust players so this seems unlikely.
After his last injury he looks finished at the top level.
The dream but it just doesn’t happen much anymore, it’s a data saturated market and any player at any level who might be able to step up will be known about. The Premier league is now the absolute pinnacle of athleticism in world football. Brilliant players come to this league and end up looking like they would struggle on Hackney marshes on a Sunday.I'd like us to get hidden gems from lower leagues & abroad plus promoting the likes of Harrison Armstrong from the academy.
David Moyes dad was a great scout for us last time, I know he won't be able to this time round though due to his age.
I think we've had enough "touched by the old lady" judging by a few of the posts on hereYou make him sound like a young Richarlison.
He would be fine once “touched” by the Grand Old Lady, but then I suppose that will now be the problem.
Perhaps we could find another Old Lady to touch him and settle him down. Are there any volunteers? Or shall we just pick one at random from Wayne’s address book?
Where did you get that from mate? Only seem him once and didn't notice much, but his stats are very good.We have been scouting Neil El Aynaoui. Can play DM and scored 8 goals last season. Deffo need a mid who can chip in with 5+ goals. Our goal and assist return from midfield has been shocking for years.
Yes, on reflection think you're right. The dream but it just doesn’t happen much anymore, it’s a data saturated market and any player at any level who might be able to step up will be known about. The club needs to take a few risks on either damaged goods or unpolished diamonds, having players like Armstrong is a massive bonus though!
A Coventry supporting buddy always felt Hamer had a higher ceiling than Gyokores when they were both there
He is similar to McAtee and Ndiaye - an attacking midfielder who can play on the wing.Isn't he a number 10 though? Not a position I'd of thought would of been a priority since we're signing Alcaraz
would prefer a genuine wide player then shoehorning a central player wideHe is similar to McAtee and Ndiaye - an attacking midfielder who can play on the wing
Nathan Redmond, Jonjo Shelvey and Danny Ings. All of our Christmases at once.Lay of the land with Charly all but announced. What do we make of the teams around us? Anyone we want from the released players?
They could well be right.
Not an expert but Hamer has always stood out to me whenever I saw him at Coventry and Sheff Utd. Great vision and passing.
I think he got 6 assists and 4 goals for Sheff Utd in the Premier League which is impressive considering how bad they were as a team.
