Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Rigg is the one. He should be up there with Delap as the top target.

Thats interesting. Would expect Moyes to want a player like him...

...he looks slow though.

100% agree and Doak looks rapid with end product. Fellows looks like he has a great cross and otherwise limited by a lack of pace.

Rigg already looks superior to Neil.

As someone else posted the other day, Miley at Newcastle may be sacrificed for PSR. Hes only really been a sub this season.

10 sub in league+ 2 in league cup
1 start in league and 3 in FACup

That boy instantly competes with Garner & Garner and has huge upside.

He and Rigg should be the main targets.

We get them in and we begin to have an exciting English long term core.
Is the price for rig who could be the bettet talent, but neil has one year left who also looks a good player could be bought in for less

Doucouré- 1 year contract on reduced terms
Calvert-Lewin - released
Coleman - retired; coaching staff?
Young - released
Gana - 1 year extension and 1 year option
Keane - released
Begovic - released
Virginia - 1 year extension as back-up keeper
Harrison - returns to his present club
Lindstrom - will get another loan deal for him, if possible
Broja - returns to his present club
Mangala - will get another loan deal for him, if he is fit enough to play around September which is unlikely
Alcaraz- his deal is Moyes’ call. I have no idea

Others like Holgate and Crellin will be released. Maupay should be gone for around £6m.

Dodds has agreed terms with Everton and will now head south of the border to complete a move to the Premier League big guns, as David Moyes‘ side prepare for a transformational summer window.

Dodds has caught the attention of a number of clubs in England after impressing for Hearts at youth level, and Everton have made a statement by winning the race for his signature.

Statement 🤔

That Fellows looks technically really good. Two footed and can cross but he's not really pacey. Really hard to tell if he would do well in prem. His assists are great but Josh Sargent is second top scorers this season in championship. Wba fans saying 15 mil would get him this summer

Neither is McNeil tbf and Fellows has a better skillset overall imo so it could be interesting to see if he can step up

Haven't seen more than 3 games where Rigg has been involved but all 3 times he looked very good.I have watched most of the Boro games this year as I watch with a Boro mate. Doak excellent Hackney a good prospect Azaz is a really skillful player but disappears when it gets to physical. Rav Vander berg has been our for long time with injuries but was excellent last year and late last yearr and still only 20. As center halfs go I think Esteve at Burnley is the pick of the crop.

Hackney's a Moyes type signing imo. Scotland wanted him but he's chosen to play for England under 21s so will want to get playing in the prem sooner or later.

I also like Tommy Conway so not sure thoughts on whether he'd ever be prem quality? If signing him he goes to third choice and Chermiti loaned out for a season.

Everton have agreed a deal to sign Hearts sensation John Dodds, sources have told Football Insider.

The Merseysiders have had a bid accepted by the Scottish Premiership club for the centre-back, 16, who is yet to make a first-team appearance for Hearts but is extremely highly-rated at Tynecastle.

….lets hope he turns out better than Patterson.

No idea about him but obviously quite highly rated.

Lindstrom has done absolutely nothing to suggest he’s worth bringing back tbh.
