I got my first bout in 2020 and my breathing, especially when running, has never been the same since.

It`s can be really bad when it doesn`t fully clear up.

Athleticism he will always have its the ability to be a full back and his positioning is shocking.
He is actually scared of the ball at his feet with an opposition player within 10 yards of him.

For me he plays as a back up CB or doesnt get near the pitch.

He did win the Young Player of the Year playing a fair amount of the time at either right or left back. Some players aren't effected by a team that has a managerial merry-go-round maybe he was, an add that to his various injuries. If give him the benefit of the doubt and see if Dyche can get his confidence and form back on track.
