I'd gamble and phone Man Utd to see if they want to swap Onana for McTominey and Maguire. McTominey is way more consistent than Onana and Maguire, for all the stick he gets, would instantly be the best centre back we have.

McTominey on a permanent and Maguire on loan? We need more changes than the tinkering round the edges transfer business we're doing at the moment. Both of those would massively improve our starting 11 so we should be looking for solutions to make something like that happen.

I think it may be. We had 18 months of relegation form before Dyche came.
