You clearly haven’t been paying attention if you think that’s an accurate description of them recently.

Even ignoring the Caicedo fiasco, they were after Lavia for WEEKS, messing around with bids, only to lose him to Chelsea.

The fact they then went and bought a 30yr old no one had ever heard of isn’t a mark of efficiency.

Borges s 22 and has not really broken into the Porto team. He is a right winger but he’s much more of a massive punt than a real prospect.

Two experienced wingers in Danjuma and Harrison coming in would I guess allow you to take a punt. I assume he'd be a *much* cheaper option than Gnonto. If we moved onto him and used the saving to fund a proper CF it might be the better way to proceed.
