He’s also been a manager for a decade and his best attacking player development wise is Kieran Trippier. It isn’t just about the tactics here.

You know, I couldn't care less how he's managed for the last 10yrs anymore. All I care about is how he manages starting from Saturday.

He does his job this season and we end up walking in to BMD as a Premiership Club, Then I'll be a very happy man.
