But this is another deal that has been ongoing for months, as I say, its not just Everton that takes forever with deals.

As pointed out by others, we really need to wrap up these ongoing deals before Spurs and West Ham come sniffing, both will be in the market for forward players VERY soon.

True but it feels like the interest has been legitimate all summer, would be surprised if he left Leeds and it wasn’t us to get him now.

Football doesn't work in the same way as normal life

Its the same principles as normal life and refusing to play for your team isn't a good luck I wouldn't be happy if a player did it to Everton and i'm not a hypocrite.
