I don't trust the club to have other options in the pipeline, or to be able to make decisive decisions on the next steps.

When we lost out on Danjuma in January, we seemed to have no idea what to do. If there is a repeat and we don't get the strikers in that we need, then we have enormous problems.

The club will be judged on what happens over the next few days. Do they have alternative plans in place, or do we shrug our shoulders and say we tried really hard and were unlucky.

There will be plan B, mate

I'm pretty sure that will happen regarding Gray leaving and a striker/attacker coming in. We have two and a half weeks.
I think so too. In reality it needs to happen this week, I think, if a new player is to be given a start and not make an appearance from the bench. Otherwise we will either have Maupay or Danjuma playing out of position for his debut. Neither appeals

Maybe, just maybe we should sign multiple strikers from lesser known leagues for cheaper and spread the risk around multiple cheaper talents. Ya know, try and find the next Toure before they 5x in value. If we need to then sure, sign one unknown and someone like Ihenacho as an insurance policy. Still gonna be cheaper.
We need to stop with these Ihenacho shouts. He's utter dross.
