....yep, Football Insider running that story. You’d have thought an initial bid would’ve been £1m, unless they know the asking price is £2m.

...I think Silva said he would like Joe Williams to be part of pre-season, I imagine he could be easily moved on if the club wanted him out.

Probably a lot cheaper than the more established alternatives too. Depends whether he can do it in the prem but you can say the same about most coming in from abroad too. There'll be an element of risk but how much depends on the price.

Strangely what I like about the videos I just watched is his work rate and his upper body strength. Too often these left footers are a bit lightweight and find the prem too physical for them, but I think this lad will be fine in that regard.

21 year old who already has 7 full International caps for USA. £2m is a joke.

Was developing well last season until his injury. The fact Wigan want to keep him speaks for itself. I'd send him there on loan again as we have Baines as back up, and see how he does.
