They really wont IMO, they wont sell their whole team, 3, 4 players max, which will give them PLENTY of money to rebuild their team, which is something they are very capable of doing as they have an excelent scouting network.
Didn't someone say that if players want to go to a bigger club for more wages it's very hard to stop them ???
Like Lukaku ???
If the best 3/4 want to go the rest might decide to follow.

Well, if they want to go, Monaco might not stand in their way, but i seriously doubt that they will sell more than 3-4 of their starters.
I remember when Atletico reached the final of the CL four seasons ago, and everybody thought that they would be picked apart by every single european team, and yet, none of that happened. No club will sell their entire starting 11, like a few people are suggesting, Monaco will want to stay competitive.

But if they sell their top 3/4 players they won't remain competitive and the rest of the squad will realise that and might want to go while the going is good
As someone , who's name escapes me now said
If a player wants to move to a bigger club for more money you can't really stop him.

Like i said, if he picks Monaco it wont be for the money. Im never said that he would never join Everton, but have you guys even been seriously linked with him?
Plus, i think you guys need to actually prove what you are saying, that you have the money and are poised to push on and really become a force in England, and with the interest currently mounting on him, i think its unlikely that he would pick Everton ahead of a host of other clubs, like Monaco who are in the semi final of the CL by the way, thats all.
But hey, i would love if you proved me wrong, the more competitive the league the better.

I don't think we are even in for him, seems to just be paper talk tbh

If they are replaced adequately they will stay competitive. Monaco are a well run club, if they sell someone, they probably already have a replacement lined up.

Don't think you can really compare atletico Madrid to Monaco

There an utter non entity, 18k stadium and don't even fill that mate.

Players move there for one reason, money, as for well run, they've breached and been punished under both previous owners under FFP breaches. Soon as there Russian owner gets bored they will end up back in the second division where they belong, and where they where when he took over 5 years ago.

Not really, they dont pay anywhere near what other top clubs do( with the exception of Falcao, but that was before their owner had a divorce and lost a great chunk of his money too his wife). I also dont see how them breaching the FFP rules( which pretty much every club has anyway) has anything to do with the fact that they have a very good scouting team that is capable of finding worthy replacements, for the players that will inevitably leave this summer ( Bernardo, Bakayoko and Fabinho)

A Spurs fan in my work reckons when Rose was out injured many fans didn't have faith in Davies but he's slotted in very well by all means. Him at LB or Trippier at RB would both be very good 1st team options for us if they wanted more game time. Both likely to cost what £10 million? Relatively cheap in today's crazy market
Ben Davies? Seen him play a few times and he just looked average, but in a very good spurs side. Think we should be aiming for better tbh.
