Summer Transfer Window 2017

I think this is pretty much the ideal step up for him, gets to play on an excelent team, at a club that is great at developing youngsters,CL football experience, likely to challenge for the title in France, will probably be a starter as Bakayoko and Fabinho are probably leaving. There is no downside in signing for them really, and in 2-3 years he can go to a "top" club as Monaco have no problem in selling their star players, if he eventually becomes one that is.
I think they will lose more than 2 and can't see them get close to psg next year. What type of wages will they pay him?

I know mate, and I agree with everything you said.

The wolves will rip Monaco to pieces, Everton are on the up - in the Premier League and Europe next season. The question Tielemans needs to ask isn't 'why Everton' but 'why not Everton'.

yep that squad will get torn to shreds this summer I reckon. If he comes that's sound, if not I won't be too arsed as I reckon we'll have a couple of decent signings lined up already ;)

Absolutely mate, and to be honest I don't think he will be the top name on the list - didn't Koeman say something about needing more players in their prime? (26/27/28)

Any 18yr old that goes to City , United or Chelsea wants their head examined.
Graveyards of young talent with a few exceptions.
Better of playing every week for a so called lesser team than warming the bench at an elite club.

That goes for their academy too, they may as well just do away with it, as they just buy all of their players straight in.

I've only seen him twice for the full games against the mancs mate and thought "yep, decent player" but wouldn't arsed if we didn't get him. The fact we even talk about spunking 50m on centre backs is amusing enough for me, I'd want David Silva and 20m change with that lol

I guess it will be important to see what happens with Ross and Rom as that will be 2 first team players who will need replacing with quality

Fees don't really interest me, it's not my money and they are so ridiculously skewed these days it's hard to decipher what's the appropriate fee for a player!

What I want is a statement, a player to sign for us that makes the footballing world stand up and say 'oooOOOOoooh'. VVD or Koulibaly would be a start but I don't think they are that, statement signings are generally attacking players.

A Spurs fan in my work reckons when Rose was out injured many fans didn't have faith in Davies but he's slotted in very well by all means. Him at LB or Trippier at RB would both be very good 1st team options for us if they wanted more game time. Both likely to cost what £10 million? Relatively cheap in today's crazy market

Why anyone would want to go and play in the French League is beyond me.
Its not bad, Marseille has been bought recently so they have alot of money now, so the league will probably improve in the next few years, its not the PL obviously, but for a youngster, Ligue 1 is fine.

We have also recently been bought and have alot of money (Well supposedly) outside of PSG no club inthat league can compete with the top 7-8 clubs financially in England.

I think he'll end up at Monaco myself but he may well want to play in the PL at a club looking to move to s new 50-60k stadium rather than some 18k ground with a lacklustre atmosphere every week.

I think MbAppe (sp) will go as well
As was said the vultures will pick the bones of this team in the summer and they will have to start from scratch.
They'll find it hard to attract players to a team that's been sold out from under them.
That's why it's imperative we keep Rom and ROSS
They really wont IMO, they wont sell their whole team, 3, 4 players max, which will give them PLENTY of money to rebuild their team, which is something they are very capable of doing as they have an excelent scouting network.

Like i said, if he picks Monaco it wont be for the money. Im never said that he would never join Everton, but have you guys even been seriously linked with him?
Plus, i think you guys need to actually prove what you are saying, that you have the money and are poised to push on and really become a force in England, and with the interest currently mounting on him, i think its unlikely that he would pick Everton ahead of a host of other clubs, like Monaco who are in the semi final of the CL by the way, thats all.
But hey, i would love if you proved me wrong, the more competitive the league the better.
