I think City, United, Arsenal and Chelsea will each make one 'BIG' signing mate
City - well because they are City and they can do, United because much like with Pogba - they need to do so to keep their name relevant as a major player still (especially if no CL footy for them), Chelsea - because they will lose Drogba to China and they will just reinvest that ridiculous fee and Arsenal in order to try get the fans off Wengers back at least initially and to cover them for ,losing Sanchez.
But City aside, think after that one big purchase the rest will be made up predominantly from players in being largely covered by player sales.
But look at each of those teams now and Chelsea alone need to spend a large amount just to bulk out the squad - never mind improving the first team - otherwise they will struggle hugely next season with CL, City need new fullbacks and a new central midfield due to those players ageing badly, not counting the Aguero weird situation, the keeper situation and the centre back problems. united now not only need that new number 9 but will need a new number ten as well, before getting into other problems they have like Carrick being past it and them only having one quality centre back, and Arsenal just look in a total mess with their two best players looking like wanting to leave - before you even address the huge problems they already have in some positions.
Players like Ramsay I'd have in a heartbeat, a bit like Schneiderlin, he's quality but is either not played or played out of position too often, we should target anyone of that ilk who is deemed surplus at a team whod rather spunk 50m on the latest flavour of the month from abroad.
