I don't think we're in for Costa, just doesn't seem likely.
He's missed all pre-season, so would take at least 6 weeks to get in shape - leaving us paying a large wedge of his contract for 3 months of him playing at 70% - as to not risk an injury for his return to Atletico.

That's only including players who (I think) we've either bought, or have had senior experience somewhere. Monaco's change in strategy a few years ago was basically 'get loads of great kids and assume a bunch will make it', so hopefully our long-term recruitment is better than our short-term.
