The important part was the word Bolasie

I don't obsess over the money side of things, but when you are already dismayed that they are signing said footballer, you are naturally going to be doubly dismayed that said footballer is going to cost big money.

This left back situation is very interesting. If we are really after Kolasinac, than obviously Koeman thinks Baines is done. Kolasinac is a fighter type and would never come here to play second fiddle. Otherwise we should be going for a prospect like Chilwell.

Doesn't mean that he thinks baines ian finished... maybe when a LB of his quality comes available and on a free... you go for it ... a LB might not have been in his mind this summer ... but knowing baines age maybe he decided that if this opportunity arises now we might as well deal with it now rather than next year
