Lukaku had moaned for a significant period and we expect him to leave.
The silly thing was the previous manager used a huge sum to buy a crap striker, hoping he could replace Lukaku. I think we miss the chance to sign a good replacement earlier. That was if we had bought a proper one back in January 2016 then there is less problem now as Lukaku was always the one and only good enough striker.
..I think clever link up play with his back to goal is a key competency. RK like players getting 'close' to the CF. Rooney, Sigurdsson and Sandro will naturally go beyond the main striker so the ability to be on the same wavelength and 'put them in' would be ideal.
