Fair point but last season we had first team striker options of lukaku, kone and valencia..
Realistically we could have rom, Giroud and Rooney this season.
That's a massive boost in quality and experience, add in that we've basically swapped del for Sandro

So, in this hypothetical situation, we would have Rooney, Giroud, Lukaku, Sandro and DCL all playing for one spot. I'm all for having options, but that's a lot of expensive strikers to have sitting about.

Although Sandro is primarily a centre forward I believe we'll have him playing on the left and drifting in with someone of Giroud's ilk in the centre.

No. Just nothing has happened today, and as we havnt signed anyone today, all sorts of theories are springing up.

To be fair Giroud already keeps this lad out the French side I believe, will Arsenal be any different. Wenger likes a striker on the wing!?

Fairly regularly Sanchez and wellbeck kept him out last year now there is another one in the mix , Giroud will leave I'd think .

Not really to my knowledge, still up in the air. Just spitballing about whether Dreamboat Giroud coming in would happen without selling Lukaku first.

Giroud has already said he doesn't want to leave and Wenger said he doesn't want him to go, so it's pretty open and shut.
