We would never pay 30 million for him. I can guarantee that, it values him at roughly close to the world record which just isn't happening.

There might be a deal with loads of add ons to take the value up to 30 million over the course of his time here, like england caps, top flight appearances etc.

But we aren't going in with 30 million to sign him, if the club did anything like that then they shouldn't be running a club.

I don't mind selling Lukaku to purchase 4 players that improve our overall starting XI.

That could equate to - gulp - zero net spend. Then whatever funds we did have allocated we can just smash on a top striker.
