Hart is the modern day equivalent of David James. Makes some great saves at times but messes up far too often to be a quality keeper.

Got plenty to do last year on loan and was found wanting.

Butland is good but does it not concern anyone that he seems to have an injury record Darren Anderton would be proud of? Seems to not be on the pitch much over the past couple of seasons

The guy on TEF said we've been offered Hart for 20M, RK is interested but Walsh and the others aren't. There's several keepers on the wanted list though

He then clarified it to saying he was one of 4 or 5 under consideration. Be surprised if he comes after the reservations he had last year and his many balls ups since.

So the strongest rumours are currently Pickford, Keane, Sandro, and Klaassen. Gone a bit quiet but I'd probably add Sigurdsson to that too. It'd be a very solid start, though I'm not sold on the Dutch lad.

Keane yes, pickford no thanks. Sandro think yes not sure if he is a back up to replacement Rom or whether he can play as one of the two wide players. Klaassen yes as one of the three midfielders. Gyl S only if Barkley leaves I would say
