I agree mate totally. We need a striker who has intelligence and can score goals. I refuse to believe they cost millions. Why don't we give this Silva guy a go, otherwise what's the point in signing him?

I'd get rid of Bily, Heitinga and Yak and bring in a quality striker. Bily, Moyes has no faith in.....Heitinga clearly doesn't look assed, and Yak wants out.

#1 Sign a Striker

I've been banging this drum for an eternity. Sure a good winger would be a nice, but for me the priority is a striker.

As good as Saha can be, he can't be relied on to be available.

As good as Yakubu can be, he can be very hit and miss and go through his spells.

I'm not convinced with Vaughan. I can't see him ever being a regular starter at Everton and even if he had the ability, fitness is another matter.

Does anyone agree?

I said in a thread I started over a year ago, " Do we have a striker problem" Just woke up have we.

Our priority as I see it is to start winning games now, never mind next bleeding summer or we will being looking at relegation.

Same as I said before Goat, now is our worry. On those players you mention though, cannot agree they should all go, keep Anichebe for now. Big problem though how can we sell the rest. Are they saleable, I think not for the money you may have in mind.
