we usedto havea quiznos but it changed into sub express. both far superio to subway

Teams of four mate. Ideally you've got one person good at sport, another at science. Having someone with decent general knowledge is useful and then another expert in current affairs. The captain gets a number from the organiser before the questions start.

I love both of them. At subway I get a toasted turkey footlong on flatbread with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and southwest chipotle sauce. It's soooo good. I can eat it in under 5 minutes. NOT a good idea to run/walk a mile afterwards though.
