One sub (to cover for injury) made sense. Substitutions now are used mainly for 'tactical' reasons or to waste time. 'Tactical' substitutes can only benefit the richer teams, that is a fact.

I agree. the super rich clubs are already "harvesting" the best players to have a depth of quality on the bench.
These players are obviously more likely to get onto the pitch during a game, which in turn makes it more acceptable to join a rich a club with a depth of quality.
Yes, certainly 5 allowed subs will only further the dominance of the rich clubs?
