Player Valuation: £750k
Newcastle down to ten men, surely this was the chance for Shandy to shine. Instead we had an unfit Marouane Fellaini doing nothing in particular for 45 mins, and getting booked once again. Moyes clearly doesnt rate Shandy at all!

With the loss of Mikel for a fair few games, one of the midfielders has to step up to the mark and become our playmaker in chief.

We should finish sixth no matter what, so by the end of the season we will have a good idea whether Pienaar can graduate from a bit player and whether Fellaini is worth anything like £15 million.

Yep someone has got to step up to the fore and shine. Wether it be Fellaini or Pienaar. Them 2 have got to perform now and play well. With Pienaar, Ossie, Fellaini, Neville, Rodwell, Anichebe and Cahill....thats still a good midfield to pick from, which should cause any team a problem one way or another.

Furious still.

Fellaini is and will never be worth 15 million, the lad has nothing special to his game.

It's waste of 15 million that the club just can't afford.

People on here defend him to the brink but i think it's becoming increasinly obvious that the lad is just plain average.

He's slow, immobile, can't tackle, an absolute ****ouse and doesn't have any quality to open up defences nor control a game or create something in general.

I don't have anything against him like some people say, i just don't rate him at all and he will never be worth 15 million. He'll probably end up a decent player and i'm willing to give him a year to see if he adapts abit more but from what i can see, it will be a miracle for him to be even worth 15 million.

Stop f##king moaning! It's becoming tedious and boring so give it a rest, mate. Give the lad a break! Two game's that spring to my mind, was the game at Bolton, where he won us the game, got us a point against United, where he dominated Vidic in the air which nobody ever does. Give him time.

Like Rodwell and Gosling, he's developing and will become a very good player.

Agreed (y)

He is a good player, if he plays well, we do.

Said it before, if Fellaini is injured why play him? Moyes couldve waited till half time - asked Fellaini if he is OK to go on, or let VDM warm up for 15 minutes. Instead, Moyes brought on 2 injured - or atleast unfit players. It really does show how much he dislikes VDM.

Good post Micky. I am looking forward to watching the joint development of this trio(Rodwell, Gosling and Fellaini).

Maybe, just maybe under the tutorage of Moyes we could have a new Holy Trinity, securing the park to allow Cahill and Arteta to be allowed off their leashes to wreak their creative havoc.

Oh how I can dream.
