I used Stubhub 3x last year and didn't have any queuing issues...Phew! Surely the club knows how many tickets will be picked up from there.

Guy in front of me, a shareholder too, paid 300 for two tickets and the service fee was 43 pounds.....

I talked to him about how we should do what other clubs do and should only be face value and club could cover cost of fees (like RS do) he said that was talked about in the meeting the night before.

I also mentioned how great it would be if when you got it on stub hub you also got a credit. I went to a lot of games last season but no credits so I'm always stuck having to rely on stub hub. Said he would bring it up at next meeting....
