Why is it that we get these threads about Downing in every single transfer window ? I've not read anything, anywhere, that suggests that Boro are willing to sell, or that we're interested in buying.

Get the sunday rags, it's been all Downing for Everton for about 3 years. I think Moyes did put a bid in for him a while ago and the papers like to have big transfer stories in them
