One winger again. FFS. Swap Mirallas for Barry and we're looking alright there. Maybe Osman for Naismith too. Say what you want about Ossie but he's always looking to play the ball forwards and is more than capable of opening up defences. Something we've severely lacked this season.

I feel really sorry for Besic, back to the subs bench when he has been one of the best performers for us whilst Barry and Naismith make that team.

......a team set up to not concede, me thinks. He's done that of late, playing 3 defensive midfielders. Reckon Barry and MCCarthy will play their normal roles and Gibson a narrow wide role.

It's pretty much how we set up against Young Boys at Home only Lennon and Stones instead of Mirallas and Alcaraz.

The shape is a lot better than loads of our previous league games.

Just not sure how the 3 midfielders work except to stifle the opposition ( though we still give chances away ) and results in us offering no threat whatsoever. You could throw a blanket over our midfield. If it works then great, but if it doesn't it's just more ammunition to beat him with. Basically just looks like there's no plan b, no radical change to a shape that isn't working. Fingers crossed it works.
