Can't see him starting like. He also says Sturridge and Henderson likely to return for Saturday but Coutinho less likely.

Squirrel on helium? I'd say he sounds like whatever the polar opposite of that is. Barry White on 50 Marlboro maybe.

We are crying out for this lad in my opinion.

Yes he has failed to reproduce the form he showed on loan from Spurs on a consistent basis, but even his now sporadic moments of intelligence are so important to our side.

McGeady is playing well and should retain his place on the right. On the left though we are desperate for this little fella to get fit and bring some balance to the side.

What do others think?
