Laughed at that quite a bit. Also the guy on the yacht somewhere in the Caribbean piping up, "e'yar love make sure you get the mast in and this scenic backdrop so everyone can be impressed by my boss life".

Mr Hicks, can you please return the Beatles? We gave you them on the condition that you would sign good players but you've bought Poulson, Vorinin and Paul Konchesky.

In relative terms these were cancelled as they appeared on both sides of the equation (accept Keane who replaces Funes Mori goals)
My theory still in tact, waiting for that breakthrough signing to smash what is thought to be a pure proof.

㊗️

Plonking footballers in an algebraic equation doesn't prove much tbh

Mate at finch farm has just texted me some interesting info regarding Walsh and our transfer dealings. Hard to believe but he's got a history of being right. Remember when Walsh went to Italy? Apparently he took his failure to sign Mbaye Niang pretty badly. He went to his favorite local Italian in Milan called Alfredos and ate so much pasta and drank so much wine that he literally went into a food induced coma and hibernated for the last 8 weeks. That's why we've basically had Koeman running transfer dealings for the last 2 months (Rooney, Martina, Sigurddson). Koeman is incredulous so in order to get the message across to Walsh he mentions in every press conference that he wants a "striker and left sided defender". Anyway Walsh woke up just in time for the second leg versus Hadjuk Split and thought Vlasic had an OK match so we're going to sign him for 10m. Walsh is working on the striker situation but apparently Koeman and Walsh aren't on speaking terms because Koeman wants Giroud but Walsh loves Troy Deeney.

This is exactly the kind of inside knowledge we're after. Got any more?

why does his name remind me of "stone wash", that again remind me of def leopard, accept and uria heap.

Please tell me it's true.

Unfortunately we don't know who's to blame for this for all we know Walsh might have presented a list as long as your arm for strikers, koeman might have dismissed some or the board have not been able to get any of them over the line as we speak .
