He/We has signed some very good players and some very good prospects, but currently the lack of a number 9 and a back up CB is hurting us, BIG TIME.

It would have been his prime objective for the whole summer.

Im not saying we have signed any bad players under him, I like most of them, but "hes" left us with an unbalanced side and a young side with lots of potential, potential doesnt get you 3 points on a Saturday.

Koeman is on record about how he doesn't sign players. He has always used a DOF. He's on record so many times. He was let down by Walsh and the board. Walsh is responsible for recruiting players. No one can be satisfied at his 3 windows in charge.

Hes dropped the ball in each of his 3 windows.

The whole Sissoko farce, Witsel/Mata, LOL, took Ronny calling him out to get the Morgan deal over the line, then the lack of a Striker and the utter Iceland mess.

Fella is probably great at spotting talent, but utterly clueless at getting deals done, I would suggest we demote him to scout and employ somebody who can operate in the 2017 transfer windows.

Hes clearly talented at talent spotting, but hes so far out of his depth we will need a submarine to find him in January.

We signed like 2 players before Walsh joined us. Im not arguing against Walsh, just stating that, yes, Koeman DOES actually sign players.

Of course, but he will work within a budget (both salary and transfer). If a deal can't be reached within restrictions imposed by resources he's a bit hamstrung, no? "Oh look, Everton are loaded, they've just given Swansea a wedge, so let us take the pee".

Or maybe he's just incompetent. Who knows?
