Pretty sure none of the players linked today are ones we are after, but meeting all these clubs is really weird unless some are being used as a smokescreen to disguise any real target

Very impressed by our transfer dealings this summer so far.

Hats off to Steve for getting these deals wrapped up without the typical Everton mess up.

Even if we're getting £100m for Lukaku I think we're paying reasonably fair prices for players too.

£25m for Pickford is the right price.
£23m for Davy is the right price.
£5m for Sandro and convincing him that we're the right move is unbelievably good work.

Agreed! By the end of the window if he brings in a top striker (that's recognised as one - we need a big name to replace Rom), a top CB like Keane and maybe a couple of decent cheap signings, I have no doubt that we'd be singing his name.

After the first three signings of this summer, when you add the likes of Morgan and Idrissa, it shows that we're genuinely a "new Everton".

Id agree that we would be best serve to get a good striker whos also a bit younger than Bacca, but I dont think its fair to say Bacca is miles away from Roms quality, if he can put up 20 goals to Roms 25.

Baca is still decent enough, but he seems to be fading fast. That concerns me.
