Yeah that's like saying I had a hunch that Martinez was useless.

Nothing added up with Martinez post his 1st season but i am sure he sanctioned the Naisse deal.

I know Wigan, I've even been there, but I can't remember going through eastern europe. As for Niasse, Martinez says he was scouting him over a long period, so it would appear that you think he's the dodgy one.
