I hated him when he played for that lot. He lived in Ainsdale, my mate used to deliver his paper. Only fella on the street not to leave anything out for him at Xmas. Feckin' tight-arse.

He is a pundit on Star Sports and openly hates us on there. The guy is a bell.

All I can tell you is everytime I see him do an Everton game or comment on Everton, it's positive and he acts like a guy who is a fan but can't come right out and say it. He's constantly talking about his family are Evertonians and he was a boyhood Evertonian and talks about his nephew and uncle having season tickets.

He doesn't act like a Red, he acts like a Blue who can't come right out and say it.

Ok I was talking about McManaman not McMahon, so I have no idea of McMahon's feelings on Everton. I forgot there was another Evertonian who played for the RS with a similar name. Before my time.

I believe he was a youth/reserve player with us and then he was transfered to Aston Villa who sold him to the kopites. Maybe he was young and hungered for match time.

In 2008 McMahon joined the Profitable Group as group commercial director. The consortium has previously tried to buy Everton but was knocked back.

That company advertised on 'THe football Channel' on Starhub. They have also been linked to buying Newcastle....

In fact they made McMahon a director in order to increase their profile among expats.....didnt work.


Funniest thing is that that oaf McMahon was last seen talking to 2 of my mates about setting up an Asian Youth league backed by 6 clubs in the premier league......it failed miserably as they hadnt even checked the rules about setting this up.

From what I remember he left everton because he wanted more money. He was pretty much a hated figure after that in the 80's especially after signing for the RS. He was one dirty **** against us for the most part.

McManaman has openly admitted he's an Evertonian and his kids are being brought up as Blues.
