Starting XI for Lille

How do you think we should start for our midweek again in Lille?

I would go:

Howard
Coleman - Jagielka - Alcaraz - Baines
Gibson - Besic
Atsu - Naismith - Oviedo
Eto

I really feel this is a massive game, three points and it's gonna put us in a great spot to make it out of the group.

It's a very solid back back four, if Martinez is even questioning whether to play Coleman again straight back from his injury he should not be risked, was to important to us to risk him getting injured again (If not just play Browning).

Wouldn't hurt to give Barry and McCarthy a rest, central midfielder is probably were I feel most confident in out depth, would still feel very confident with Besic and Gibson playing together.

Will be a good game for Oviedo and Atsu to be given a shot, I'd like Naisy to start and Eto deserves to start too.

Would give Barkley and McCarthy half an hour so he can get some valuable game time and match fitness.

Id prob bring in besic for barry. Pienaar for osman and etoo for rom and leave rest as is. If ross isnt ready then id rest him for mcgeady too with naisy back in 10 and give ross 20 minutes or so

We're in great shape in this competition and we have great backups. IMO we need to start moving up the league. Burnley, whislt not great, is still a premier league team. Pienaar, Gibson, Besic, Oviedo(if fit), Eto'o.

Barry has just had 2 weeks off whilst the others were away and playing international games. I think Baines and Jags are the ones who could start to feel the amount of games soon.

God knows who he'll play and who he'll rest. Would think were likely to see Etoo and McGeady tho.
