I thought McGregor was pretty good as an Obi Wan, pretty much him and the lightsaber fights the only reason to watch the prequels.

I'm not sure I can see the point of these "anthology" films, it sounds like a "box ticking exercise".

So in Han Solo's film we see how he meets Chewie and wins the Falcon from Lando.

In Obi Wan's film we see him watch over a young Luke on tattooine.

Bobba Fett's could be interesting, seeing him hunt down different Bountys' though actually that sounds like more of a TV show, or a video game like "Hitman".

The only thing I would be slightly interested in would be a film between episode III and iV about Darth Vader and emperor Palpatine, hunting down Jedi's and force sensitive people and fighting with them

You're almost definitely in the minority! But I also wouldn't mind seeing Chris Pratt as Han Solo. There are very few Harrison Ford-esque actors these days, in terms of charisma etc, but Pratt fits the bill for sure.

That said, adequately casting a young Han Solo may be a genuinely impossible task.

they're already trying to line him up to take over Indiana Jones so he might not do it. Plus he's already doing a space franchise for Marvel might be seen as too confusing.
