Too true, unfortunately. However, if we ever get the money and appropriate backing (unlikely I know) a decision will have to be made either way.
 
Do some work on GP then what happens if we want to expand further down the line?? It just doesn't have the ground space to keep expanding if needs be... Not to mention the logistics of traveling to the ground for non locals ect...

I know it's a shame to leave but we need to bite the bullet and think long term like arsenal did.
