Shows you how managerial appointments aren’t always straightforward. Spurs have been looking for one since the week of the League Cup final/ESL row and are now looking at option number 4
 
Just shows the dearth of decent candidates when a London club like Spurs can't get a half decent manager.

They used to fall over themselves to get a job like that or even here.

It makes you wonder if there are conditions in place that new Manager's might think hard to achieve much.

They've been a top 6 side for most of the last ten years. If they are to lose their prolific striker and have limited funds to compete then taking them down the league isn't a reputation enhancer.

In saying that doing a woeful to meh job with us gets you top managerial positions!
