It would be another one year and off as soon as someone else came calling. Probably not what we need.
I agree mate looks great on paper but in reality he is a 2/3 year manager it will take 5 years to progress our current squad.
Anchelloti leaving maybe a blessing in disguise as it could have been a decision to be made in December bearing in mind that it ultimately cost Chelsea 26.5 million when they sacked Conte.

I think with the amount of money Levy wants for Kane you’ll probably still have him next season. I heard he’s still wanting £25M for Garry Mabbutt.
In this current climate would be gob smacked if anyone paid over £70m for him - especially with the majority of the scab ESL teams on the bones of their ars**.

Our ST renewal deadline passed at 5pm yesterday.

Fully expecting the Conte appointment to fall through and Potter to be getting a phone call this morning.

Levy in full spoof mode.
Spurs, Everton, Newcastle, etc. should all time their ST renewal deadlines a week apart so they can all pull the same scam, with the manager facing ever more peril in leaving his job offers to ever worsening teams in a game of ST chicken. Same with players and deadline day. Would be fascinating.

Do it on order of league position. More fair than FFP.

Are Spurs getting linked with the same managers we are, the likes of Howe Nuno Potter etc..?
Good question. I see @Toast gave an answer to it, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were more than enough managerial flops for both us an Spurs to pick from without stepping on each others' toes.

A more interesting question is where does the apostrophe go on "others" in the previous sentence. It doesn't look right however I place it.
