The irony if they keep Spurs in London because of their new stadium and move Arsenal and Chelsea elsewhere as their stadiums aren't quite so shiny.
Also perhaps that 10 million will be going to the government loan that's due? Unfortunately Spurs owe a lot of money at the moment that COVID has thrown a spanner into the works about paying back.
