Because five months ago he'd took them to a Champions League final and had them as fringe title contenders. A club that before him was managed by Tim Sherwood and is ran on a shoestring wage budget who haven't won anything ever and before he came looked like 50 years away from doing so again.

He's a genuine top drawer manager who's going through a minor blip - it's absolutely insane to get rid of him.

Think the squad reached its peak with the champions league final, it now needs another team and approach.
