Spurs

Spurs should have just cancelled Bale's loan last month, what an utter waste of time. Rooney wasn't great when he returned but at least there was the odd important goal and of course that hat-trick. Bale has given less than nothing, clearly doesn't care a bit about the game anymore.

Golf, Wales, Tottenham, in that order.

It's great for Bale to know he's guaranteed 600k a week for at least one more year after this season due to his Madrid contract and he's genuinely one of the luckiest people in the would to be in that position. For about three years now he's not really had to work at all apart from the odd game and turning up for about 3 hours training a day. In that time he's banked about 75m pounds in wages. He's living an extremely charmed life.

It's utterly obscene if truth be told.

Read Madrid have been ripped off

Mad how us and Spurs are very boring yet played out a 5-4 the other day
You have to wonder how much it took out of both teams and how it reflects on the squad strength of both sides that they can't cope with that hard midweek game. I know this is a condensed season, but Spurs should be used to playing tricky mid-week European fixtures, and we should be preparing for them too.

So poor this from Mourinho, I'm a huge fan and dismissed any suggestion he was past it. The past few months though, as bad as anything I can remember from one of his sides. Even if they somehow beat City in the cup final it might not be enough, the only thing that can save their season is winning the Europa.
