It's just the mentality we bring to games like this. Teams that are confident in themselves and want to have a go don't concede the initiative to the extent we do.

It's not just quality we lack in certain areas it's leadership. Still think deep down the players go into games like this with a huge inferiority complex expecting a siege from the off.

These tactics are rubbish. Gana Schniderlinn and Davies have enough to handle these in midfield. Get Lookman/Mirallas on to run on the shoulder of them.
