On the pitch maybe but the stadium must be the biggest, noticeable advertising structure in the City. Plane , train or boat you can’t miss it.

get more bang for your buck if the pot you are throwing in is massive anyway, every signing, every extended contract, every fanfare over another new wing of the stadium. Money goes to money.
