It took a while for his story to catch on; he was looked upon at first by the uneducated as some Geordie type tourist. How embarrassed should they be now.

Spoke to great man at Bournemouth, humility & class, proud he's a Blue & every time I see him it makes me realise how fortunate I am. I hope Mick doesn't mind me mentioning the parody depicting him made of thin balloons on the Gwladys St last year. His cause has no colours, he is a special bloke & top Evertonian to boot. I love how you can be a journalist these days by copying and pasting tweets now. You don't need to be Woodward and Bernstein to have do a modicum of research and at least identify the guy and why he was there.
