I'm interested in Exo-Planet analyses of the Webb telescope. Already it has identified one over a thousand light years away that appears to have a water signature.

We won't get high-resolution images of exoplanets, but we should get lots of new data previously unattainable.

I believe the search, and confirmation of, other life out there besides Earth is utterly profound to our spiritual well-being.

Couldn’t find a thread suitable so this will have to do.

If you’re into YouTube check out Bald and Bankrupt. His videos have been posted on here a while back about some of the random places he visits.

Anyway his latest one is in Kazakhstan and he visits the old Soviet Rocket base. This was made during the Soviet Unions development of a space shuttle similar to what NASA had.
The project was not finished due to the break up of the Union.

However he crosses the desert and finds the base whilst avoiding FSB guards as nobody is allowed in.
He find the hanger and locates the soviet space shuttle still inside the hanger which has been left unfinished for years. It really is an amazing video.
