Although I can see how that would wind the kopites up, I don’t really want to see it. I’m tired of the media having an easy narrative to put down Everton’s achievements. We actually played well in the derby and were unlucky with a few missed chances and some decisions that went against us, but it was all overshadowed because Pickford happened to catch VD.I can see us getting beat in this one; feel that we'll have everyone and their dog against us when it comes to decisions, the officials, and VAR etc. Having said that, it would be brilliant if we win one-nil and Pickford has an absolute blinder, leading to the press and media fuming that "Pickford won Everton the game and he shouldn't have even been playing... " The meltdown would be unbelievable.

Good luck, work comes first (until you work out how to watch the game on work time).Going to miss this, just started a new job and I have to work ffs, radio silence until I can see it.

I’d rather Everton went out this afternoon and delivered a masterclass in attacking football with Pickford having to contribute very little. Ultimately that’ll annoy the RS and the gimps in the media even more.
